Poor
Might be ok when you are giving them money, but when it comes time for them to pay it’s take’s them forever 3 months and still waiting to receive our mothers super named as a beneficiary and in executor of her will seems like care super don’t care at all when people are really in need with financial demands of funeral care just have to follow the process and don’t communicate I would suggest anyone that deal with care pull your super out before you become unwell so your family don’t have to go though this.
Been with them for 30yrs and I’ve been happy with the returns, however I’ve recently discovered when I needed to contact them (for the first time), they don’t “Care” at all, no response in fact. Care recently merged with another fund (Nov24), online access was unavailable for a few weeks during this period merge period which was fine. After the merge was completed I was informed what value had been moved to the new fund, it was exactly the same amount from 1 month earlier. EXACTLY the same amount, no profit added, no fees deducted but exactly the same amount. 30days of activity had completely “disappeared”. I went to investigate and look at my transactional history only to discover that transactions from 01Jul24 > October were simply not available. I wrote to them to inquire where I can see these transactions/for them to justify the merge balance. No response. After 3 weeks I wrote to them again, crickets. You’ve been warned and I’m looking for a new fund now.
I have found Care super service excellent. Returns have been good, and I am happy. They are very transparent in what they do. Requests for withdrawals have been paid in 24 hours.
