Membership is open to anyone. As of September 30th 2024, they had approximately 146,540 members with $7.52 billion in assets under management.

Life, TPD and Income Protection insurance cover is available.
Four units of life & TPD cover are automatically provided if eligibility criteria are met. You can also apply for an additional amount to the default cover.
Additional cover is available with the following limits:
Death & TPD – The exact limits of Death and TPD cover depend on the member’s occupation category, but coverage typically can go up to $5 million for TPD and higher for death.
Income Protection – Up to 75% of the members salary caped at $30,000 per month.
