Solid returns and low fees. Customer Service has been very good as well.
Only criticism is that is that the platform could be a better digital experience. For example it would be great if you could change your investment allocation online rather than having to print out forms, fill them in and then send them off
I’m happy so far
fairly good super fees are a bit steep though
Absolutely crap service, canceled insurance over a year ago they still steal $50+/m out of account. App is poor can’t do anything with it other than see how much they take from you. Submitted transfer to Australian Super(who are really good) 1 yr ago and they lag the processing time hold your $ and take fee’s then didn’t transfer the entire amount and are as above stealing $ out it. Stay away from First Super.
